Project Manager
The Project Manager at Alleato Group is responsible for leading, managing, and delivering commercial construction projects from preconstruction to final closeout. This role ensures each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, embodying Alleato’s core values and commitment to excellence.
Job Description:
1. Project Leadership
• Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, or conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Manage the design team through the drawing and pre-construction phases on design build projects.
2. Budget and Financial Oversight
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Ensure all subcontractors have proper insurance and have executed their contracts prior to starting work.
• Review and approve vendor/subcontractor proposals, pay applications, and change orders.
• Monitor job costs, track variances, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Ensure subcontractors scopes of work are detailed and inclusive of all items needed to provide complete coverage of project requirements.
• Ensure changes in scope which will result in an Owner change order are communicated to the Owner and approved in a timely manner.
3. Scheduling and Planning
• Create, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery, working closely with the superintendent.
• Coordinate with Superintendent all project activities, including permitting, inspections, subcontractor scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Create and Manage Procurement Log and Submittal.
• Address delays or issues promptly with strategic solutions to minimize impact.
• Coordinate RFI’s and drawing revisions with project superintendent, track and process all changes in cost or scope with Owner and Subcontractors.
4. Quality and Safety Management
• Ensure projects meet Alleato’s high standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any deviations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in line with OSHA standards and company policies.
5. Communication and Reporting
• Provide clear, consistent, and timely updates to clients, leadership, and project teams.
• Document project progress, decisions, and challenges for accountability and transparency.
• Communicate issues early, ensuring challenges are addressed before they escalate.
• Generate monthly project reports to track cost, profit and schedule.
6. Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-driven relationships with clients.
• Anticipate client needs and ensure Alleato exceeds their expectations.
• Represent Alleato as a consultative, solutions-focused partner.
7. Team Development and Coordination
• Collaborate with design, estimating, and field teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, subcontractors, and consultants to foster a high-performing project team.
• Drive team accountability, performance, and alignment with Alleato Group’s values.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in commercial construction project management.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency with project management software (Job Planner, MS Project, Building Connected, Bluebeam or equivalent).
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost management. - Certifications: OSHA 30.
- Other Requirements:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to travel as needed to project sites.

Superintendent
The Superintendent at Alleato Group is a vital leader on the ground, responsible for managing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This role requires proactive problem-solving, leadership, and close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver exceptional results that align with Alleato’s core values.
Job Description:
1. On-Site Leadership
• Oversee all daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications.
• Lead and manage field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining productivity and high morale.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers, clients, and inspectors.
2. Schedule and Workflow Management
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating resources to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes.
• Communicate schedule updates and critical milestones to all stakeholders.
3. Safety and Compliance
• Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and Alleato’s safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
4. Quality Control
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Inspect work regularly to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and client expectations.• Address nonconformance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
5. Communication and Documentation
• Provide daily reports on site activities, progress, and issues to project managers.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including logs for RFIs, change orders, and delays.
• Foster open communication among all on-site team members to ensure alignment and efficiency.
6. Problem Solving and Decision-Making
• Identify and resolve conflicts or challenges on-site swiftly and effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to address unforeseen issues.
• Make informed decisions to maintain project momentum and success.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. - Certifications: OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- Other Requirements:
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Flexibility to travel and work extended hours as needed
