Position Overview

Alleato Group is a growing commercial design-build General Contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation commercial projects.

If you have experience working for a Commercial General Contractor and enjoy leading job sites, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering quality projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily job site operations from start to finish
  • Lead subcontractors and maintain project schedules
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce job site safety
  • Coordinate inspections, RFIs, and drawing updates
  • Track daily progress and participate in OAC meetings
  • Oversee punch lists, project closeout, and as-built documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
  • Commercial design-build project experience
  • Experience with ground-up and commercial renovation projects
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
  • Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple trades
  • Retail, industrial, healthcare, office, hospitality, or mixed-use construction
  • Procore or similar construction management software
  • OSHA
